David Snell Pastor and Counselor David Snell currently serves as an associate with Institute for Christian Resources focusing on teaching in the area of leadership development and pastoral care in various parts of Central and Eastern Europe. He has pastored churches in California and Oregon as well as the Czech Republic over the past 35 years. David has a BA, Bible and Theology from San Jose Bible College and a MA in Theology and Adult Education, Fuller Theological Seminary and is currently working on PhD studies through the Univeristy of Wales. |  |
