Guidelines for Searching


The ICR Digital Library Collection can be searched using the Google Custom Search box which you will find located at the top of each page. Searches will be limited to this site and results will be displayed on a separate result.

Please note that it is possible that as the site is updated and new resources are added that indexing delays can result in a limited number of "404 page not found errors" and so we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please click Contact to report any problems

Options for Searching:


There are several ways to access and find information about the collection including:
  • BROWSE LECTURES alphabetically including title, author, descriptions with links to documents associated with each lecture including full-text MS Word and PDF with links backs to the Browse by Lecture page.
  • BROWSE AUTHORS provides an alphabetical list which can be further searched by entering the name of the lecturer n the Google Custom Search feature and thus providing direct links to all full-text documents by that presenter. Clicking on the presenter name also provides a link to biographical information and photo. It is also then possible to then link back to Browse by Author page or continue searching using Google Custom Search feature
  • BROWSE SUBJECT provides the lecture titles organized according general subject. Further searching using the Google Custom Search feature
  • SEARCH KEYWORDS which occur throughout the collection including content of full-text documents. Each Key Word represents a Library of Congress (LCSH) subject headings and is identified for each Shelf Location It is then possible to use the Google Custom Search feature for any of the Key Words which occur throughout the collection including content of full-text documents.
  • BROWSE DATE information is available on the Browse by Date page. Date information for all lectures included in the collection is also available by checking either Browse by Lecture and Browse by Author. In addition it is also possible to use the Google Custom Search feature. The current collection covers the period 1998-2008.
