Phyllis Lanyon  Director of Operations, Institute for Christian Resources

Phyllis Lanyon currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Institute for Christian Resources and currently serves on the Board of Directors for William Jessup University.

She is a graduate of San Jose Christian College with a BA in Bible and Theology as well as a BA in Management and Ethics with special focus on developing a strategy for organizational change.

She is an accomplished conference and retreat speaker and has served in various areas of leadership especially for women's conferences speaking on such topics as finding contentment, effective decision making, establishing small groups, leaving a legacy of blessing, and search for significance.
